The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- La Gouesnière–Cancale–Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes train station 6 km away (about 10 minutes by car)
- Rennes–Saint-Jacques Airport (RNS) 76 km away (about 1 hour by car)
