A great apparent, as there are few properties with the size and comfort as this. Great for couples who enjoy privacy, quiet condominiums, walking to beach, marinas, malls, and nice restaurants.

The location is great, right at the heart of Cancun, also the correct distance from night clubs (about 8 minutes Bus ride).

The outstanding sunsets, weather and combination of elements grant you the time to enjoy you spouse and your self.

simple, cute & so quiet!

This studio style condo was perfect for us. The king size foam mattress was so comfortable (if you prefer firm which we do) with a beautiful headboard. The kitchenette was spacious with big windows for a view of the pool but still lots of privacy from the palm trees.Lots of room to layout your luggage

Decent value

Bathroom needs curtain over window and a remodel. Toilet never stops making noises. Also, no washcloths provided. Pool and grounds are wonderful but I never saw anyone using the pool. Best for those on a budget who will be spending most of there time someplace else.
