Our favorite resort. Clean, family friendly, great location!

Eduardo was amazing to work with. So helpful & accommodating. Great communication! We will definitely be renting again!

The host was wonderful and very helpful. The Westin has seen better days.

The Westin has seen better days. Our 2 rooms had obstructed/partially obstructed views and were right over the sports bar which lead to some loud nights. The heavenly bed sheets were pilled and the comforter provided for the couch bed was stained and ripped. It did have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. And the connecting rooms were great for our party of five. The food at the Westin was awful - how can you have bad guacamole in Mexico? But 2 of our party drank the water and never got sick. We played mini golf and used the pool and water aerobics classes. The market at the resort charges 12$ us for a bag of doritos and the same for a rubber ball - you really have to go somewhere else for supplies. Luckily other options aren’t that far away. The beach is not for swimming. There are red flags everyday. I asked the lifeguard if it was just our week - nope, he said the only swimmable beaches were up closer to the riu palace near Isla Mujeres. There were people allowed in the water even though it was a red flag and we got the excitement of watching several rescues a day! The hotel was beautiful and we never felt unsafe. There were a few vendors on the beach but no one irritating.
