Beautiful 2 levels apartment inside Villas Marlin, the best beach area of Cancun hotel zone. We are in a gated Condominium with 24/7 security. Three pools, jacuzzis (non heated) and private access to the beach. Beach chairs and shades by the pool, tennis court, parking for one car.
Fully equipped kitchen, ac´s, Wifi.
Supermarket and malls across the street. Many fancy and casual restaurants within walking distance. Public bus stop close by.
Ideal for families.

Upper level: main entrance, kitchen, dinning and living room. Balcony with ocean view.
Lower level: three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Room 1: king size bed and a full bathroom
