Great for a few days trip since is s small resort. Not a lot of restaurant choices. Staff was excellent during the stay. The check in process was the only thing we didn't enjoy. Staff was not clear on the procedure and after a long air travel we were put through staff offers and people trying to push services for extra cost on you. Not very welcoming. Only thing they need to work on.

LOVED our stay at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa! The vibe is everything — fun, energetic, and still plenty of space to relax when you want to unwind. There were activities going on all day, and the nighttime entertainment was so good every single night. Our favorite dining experience was at the French restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Cesar, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. Exceptional service! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, upscale adults-only getaway in Cancun.

The property itself was nice; however, we experienced several issues during our stay. While showering, water leaked out of the shower and flooded the room. Staff came to clean it and said the drain was clogged, but the same issue happened again the following day, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Response time was also slow, and we later lost water entirely for two days. Although we were given access to another room to shower, this was very inconvenient. In addition, the power went out for approximately 20 minutes during our stay. The beach was not private, and there were locals on the beach with their families, as well as vendors frequently trying to sell items, which took away from the resort experience. The entertainment was good, but I felt it could have been better given the high expectations and cost of this resort. The Exhale upgrade did not make much of a difference—aside from access to a rooftop relaxation area and one additional restaurant, there were no meaningful added privileges compared to other resorts. We also had a hot tub on our balcony, which we couldn’t use due to the water outage. For a resort at this price point, I would expect issues like these to be addressed more quickly, with staff readily available to resolve problems and minimize guest inconvenience.
