The room is in a condominium with shared areas. There may be noise during your reservation (from other guests, animals or cars)

Extra services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

? RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is for registered guests only, no visitors or extra guests or pets are allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can get clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement of lost keys or towels costs $20 US each.
- You have total privacy of the property, however if there is any force majeure case where we have to access we will let you know in advance (flooding, leaks, fire, etc).
