Excellent service from the staff. Room was smelting bad; it looked like it was closed with moisture for some time. We had to request to change the room after the staff suggested applying some fragrance to reduce the odor. Food was good but limited “as included” packaged; anything else you need to pay. They do not offer any type of jelly (strawberry, grape, orange, etc.) to spread at the bread during breakfast (European style). Typically, Mexican breakfast buffet and a section for American style buffet breakfast.

Staff are not very friendly, i have stayed at other resorts where the staff after 2 day already know you by name, know what drinks you like, ask you questions. They took for ever to bring drinks and if you go and get them your self they still will take for ever (and we were tipping bartenders, servers). The food is good, the hotel is nice. I did like that they didn't try to sell you those time shares. I didn't like that the bar closes at 11 only Friday and Saturday they close at 1. If your looking for a relax quiet place this could be, but if you want more party look for another place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect Stay! We just came back from an amazing vacation at Hilton Mar Caribe Cancun, and everything was truly perfect! The restaurants and food were outstanding you’ll never go hungry for a moment. The hotel’s design, cleanliness, and attention to detail are impressive, both in the public areas and in the rooms. The entertainment team was incredible, and the nightly shows and activities were so much fun. The pool area is clean, organized, and the kids’ pool zone is safe and suitable for all ages. The kids’ club is fantastic, just one small note: during most hours, only one parent is allowed to stay inside with the child. The spa is dreamy a real paradise and the entire staff is kind, professional, and always smiling. Highly recommended for families and couples alike. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴✨

Steakhouse restaurant sent us outside by the deck open without telling us about mosquito we could not keep up/staff did not tell us about plus did not offer repellent for mosquitos/bad experience.Staff did not care!!!! Nice hotel and clean. Be prepared to walk four flights of stairs to get to the beach. You cannot see the beach from the pool. Best views and amenities are only for enclave/hilton rewards members. Reservations fir dining are hard to get so ne prepared to eat repetitive meals. They did nothing to make my stay feel special. I would stay again knowing that its just a clean hotel, knowing that its not a destination resort vacation.

We just spent the best 6 nights at the Hilton Mar Caribe in Cancun! While the rooms were immaculate, what stood out for us was the customer service- absolutely top notch! Our son has allergies to quite a few food groups as well as food texture issues and the Assistant Director, Mateo, Manager Jair, Chef Sergio and waiters Pedro, Raul and Kevin went out of their way to ensure that he has food to suit his needs and palate at every single meal. We have never felt so cared for and accommodated at any resort before. I highly reccomend this place for families..we cannot wait to be back! An immense thank you to the staff at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe!

The staff were amazing. We didnt have to leave the resort. Everything we needed was there. We got a massage and omgootness! Best ever! 💯 recommend!
