This is a budget friendly resort. My brother and I booked this place with the idea of lower expectations (aka not a high-end resort). The rooms are adequate but try to get a pool or beach side room to avoid street noise. All meals are serviced buffet style which met my budget friendly expectations. The wait and bar staff were phenomenal and only took about day to remember what drink you would like for which meal. I would like to call out Israel for making sure our drinks stayed fresh and strong while at the pool. To sum it up...As long as you don't book this place with high expectations you won't be let down.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect spot. Highly recommend it!

I did not like the dining facilities, they were a one star, the food was honestly terrible, i did not like the dining staff, i did not like the fact that we could not use the beach outside the rear of the hotel because of all the smelly sargassum, the rear of the propertysmelled of strong fuel, i did not like the pool hours they were very limited, i did not like the overall sewage smell near the restaurant and bathrooms, i did not like the smell of the bathroom in our room.

Would never stay again. Booked 8 nights. Checked out after 1. Felt uncomfortable even trying get any sleep after all the big dander in the bed. Shower was covered in hair. Pool is small. No beach chairs. Ok like 6 chairs. Beach was ok but couldn’t swim in the water. Only two friendly staff members. Everyone else could have cared less. When I said we were checking out early I got ok well your not getting any money back. And he seemed like this was normal.

We had a family vacation with other family members but didn’t stay together in the same place so we had to book a hotel kind of last minute and this place was just what we needed. We got the all inclusive service for breakfast lunch and dinner not one of the best places but it was great lots of people rooms were quiet with privacy and a very family oriented place the food was ok but with so many choices out of the hotel and so many places to go it was just fine for the price we visited for spring break so it was busy but not crazy
