La atención de recepción y maletas espectacular , enseguida ayudando y haciendo todo mejor posible . El aire tenía un ruido constante , me imagino que quizás algo técnico o un poco sueltas las ventanitas y las toallas oscuras y viejas pero eso se puede arreglar .todo está en que algún supervisor se dé cuenta de esos detalles que buscan ciertas personas . A favor … Acceso a caminar bueno , restaurantes y bares al rededor 3 minutos del puerto de Cancún Cerca de la zona hotelera Ellos tienen un club marina en la zona hotelera que es gratis si estás hospedado aquí se puede aprovechar Si se descansa porque no se siente ruido afuera.

It's a lovely hotel that suits budgets. It does feel like some care and attention is required. Some sinks weren't working in public areas and coffee machines (although recently all upgrades) are routinely not working in the rooms and need swapping.

I have stayed here twice and I will never stay here again . The Hotel and Hotels.Com both lied to me and cheated me. They went so far as to delete emails, block my calls and have my emails to them bounce back to me " as their box" was full.

It's a really good hotel to stay at. Staff is very friendly and the property is clean. The only downfall is you have to pay for parking. Be careful with the balcony sliding door as it locks by itsel and if you get trapped in you balcony, it can be a while for someone to get you. Some showers also leak, and if youre on a top floor the water pressure is very low.
