Great experience . Helpful and friendly staff, ambience, variety of food options (Italian, Indian fusion, Greek, and exotic cousins) from burgers, hotdogs, BBQ to most formal and in between. Breakfast at El Sieste( I hope I spelled it right) has endless options. Bars and room service 24 hours. Nice sea front but pools are better and more enjoyable. Special mentions-Carlos at Starbucks and Eden at Lobby bar for being extra courteous. Everything except SPA and a restaurant Carnivore - keep in mind I suggest that an efficient Taxi or shuttle service to and from airport be attached to the booking. We were forwarded to contact a taxi service that required 5 days notice. I would like to come back to Live Aqua for vacation again and strongly recommend it to friends, and anyone looking for relaxing time and resort experience

I honestly loved our stay. Staffffffffff is amazzzzing. Had the drinks coming. Once they get to know you and know what you like to drink .. you don't even have to ask. It is ready for you. Rooms are amazing even though we didn't stay in our rooms too much. Food stations throughout all day long as well Activities to do at the resort. Some might need to be changed . For example the axe throwing and the archery was a little on the not so exciting. The bingo was fun and hilarious. The circus night on Saturday was fun. Very nice excellent. More of an outdoor banquet with show. Very beautiful. Mor food than you can even ask for and drinks . I loved feeling safe at this hotel. Very new and clean. We went for a nice relaxing stay. We also did the spa which was great. Not so much of a wild party hotel.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at live aqua. The staff were all amazing and always willing to go above and beyond. We stayed in a king ocean front in the Aqua Club. Which I highly recommend. Loved that it was adults only and all inclusive. One steakhouse was not included and I’m sure it has delicious food but we enjoyed all the other restaurants so much that we never made it to that one. Guillermo, A bartender in the Aqua lounge was absolutely amazing and made our trip even better with his smile, kindness and knowledge of the property and surrounding areas.

The lobby bar needs to less congested. The tall oversized furniture needs to be out in pool table area. The chairs in that area already match the few that are in the lounge now. More tables in the lounge too. The bar outside of MB needs to be more inviting. The lighting is terrible. Also the Egos bar needs barstools. The resort has some of the best food in the area. The staff is top notch. We had people calling us by name after just one meeting. Jose’ in the restaurant for breakfast… spot on! Daniel (karaoke) also very good at his job. He has many other client contact positions and knows how to keep people happy. We will definitely be there again. It’s our 2nd time there and our 10th time in Cancun. We want to thank all that made our visit one of the best experiences on record.
