I would like a call to discuss this stay at 618-873-2835. I went all inclusive with Expedia and when we got there we had VIP members telling us about how we should sign up with Hyatt and had us sign up to do a tour which was supposed to only be 90 min and ended up being 3 hours when i got up and walked out. They did see my rayban glasses and got concerned that i was recording what they where telling us as they stated it was against Expedia for them to do what they where. This was my 1st vacation and also my 20 year anniversary getaway. The other complaint i have is i am highly contagious to mushrooms and i tol rhem that, i set up breakfast in bed for our anniversary and filled out the paper and when i turned it into the concierge, we even went over me being allergic to mushroom. I ordered the egss with vegetables and he did not say anything about there being mushrooms and when they arrived to the room we had just gotten up so our food was placed by the window and we went to sit down. They showrd us how to open the door to get the hot food and left. We finished our fruit and went to grt our hot breakfast and it was much to my suprise when i went to eat mine there was so many mushrooms we did not eat it and i went down and got breakfast from the market side cafee. I was terribly upset as the 2 times i have had accidently had mushrooms my throat had swollen up and i was rushed to hospital. The spa at the hotel is ok but the 1 across the road is 100 times better and way cheaper

First time at a secrets resort and we loved our stay here. If you are looking for a more relaxed, quiet all inclusive with a beautiful beach this is it! The staff was all very nice and welcoming. I saw mixed reviews so was hesitant at first, so glad we booked our vacation here! Can’t wait to be back.

We were not prepared for how much we could enjoy this property or the people there. It was the best vacation I have taken in years. The people were kind. The suite was generous and the property is beautiful.

Non smoking was not disclosed anywhere prior booking or even after , we found out about non smoking facilities when we got there, that ruined it for us from the start , had to go out on the street to have a coffee with the cigarette, Smokers should know that in advance, all the people we meet on the street smoking with us had the same opinion
