We stayed here over Christmas and the hotel was fine. If you consider yourself a “foodie”, I’d choose somewhere different. We tried many of the restaurants and didn’t eat a single meal that made us want to return. The beverages were also watered down and the house wines were undrinkable. Outside of the food, the rooms were comfortable and the activities around the pool were enjoyable to participate in / watch. We also had a couples massage that was excellent. We would not return as we’ve stayed at better all inclusives in the area.

Wonderful courteous staff. Extremely attentive. Wonderful place for families. Great food. Absolutely crawling with children nearly 24/7. It was the week between Christmas and new year’s which is the busiest of the year. But we did not expect the frenzy of constant activity. Luckily we were desperate for beach which was gorgeous. In hindsight I would have chosen an adult’s only resort and tolerated the drunks

The room was clean but could tell the age especially in the shower area. Most staff were very helpful. Front staff less than friendly and I got tired of people trying to sell us things. Also a helpful aspect would be boards showing us what was offered for the day/ evening activities.

This property is just a tad bit misleading. I thought the pool would be bigger than it was. The food wasn’t great and some of the staff had bad attitudes and didn’t seem to care about our issues. The power went out a few times but it’s to be expected. They should def offer shuttle’s and better food. There is no ac in certain parts of the resort. The best service I received was from Kiko. He was the sweetest and most helpful! Big ups to Kiko!!
