Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television, and air conditioning is available upon request and for a fee. On your spacious balcony, furnished with a dining table, marvel at the spectacular view of the nearby sea and enjoy a glass of wine. In the communal outdoor area of the property, you will find a shared pool open all year, which is surrounded by sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. Due to the apartment’s ideal location, you can reach a supermarket and a selection of cafes and restaurants in 3 minutes walking (300 m). The centre of Candelaria, with a larger selection of shops, bars and eateries is furthermore only 1.2 km or a 16-minute walk away. The closest beach with black sand and pebbles, Playa Caletillas, awaits you just 3 minutes walking (250 m) from your front door.



The property has a garage available for one car. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. For stays over 3 nights, complimentary coffee will be provided.
