An exterior staircase leads to the terraced and tree-lined courtyard, not overlooked. Small annexes: WC and extra shower.
Facilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, terrace furniture, 2 permanent BBQs, 1 parking space. Very charming !

Ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of Canet beach, close to the beach and shops.
