Found by Accident - Will Return by Choice
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsLooking to escape for a night, came across A Bear and Bison Inn... and we are so grateful we did! This is a wonderful change from the big chain establishments. Our stay felt so much more personal and in turn made it just what we were looking for. We were delivered a coffee tray (French press prepared for morning with mugs and condiments), in the evening as arranged, so that we could enjoy our morning coffee when we were ready. Our beautiful and delicious breakfast arrived at our chosen time. We chatted with Lonny (owner and chef) at check-out and appreciated our convo and his road trip suggestion for the day. We took the road less travelled and were thrilled! Very grateful for the suggestion, and it will become a regular journey. A Bear and Bison is a special place, we'll be back.

The front desk people were really friendly and polite. We were able to enjoy our stay with no issues or noise. The view was amazing to look at in the morning especially with our room service breakfast which was included with stay. I definitely will stay there the next time I’m in Banff! Thank you so much for you kind costumer service. :)

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is very delicious and it was delivered to the room, so we can enjoy the breakfast with a view! Will visit again next time we are in the area!

The breakfast was wonderful. I liked the view from the balcony and the private tub. The room is a bit small but the Jacuzzi and fireplace made up for.

Lovely place ! Breakfast was amazing .
Only issue was the pilot light went out so we werent able to use the jacuzzi until morning .
