Summary:

Planned pool and hot tub closure for routine maintenance will be April 20, 21, & 23, 2026.



Our spacious two-bed room unit with pull out sofa features and beautiful mountain views. Over 1000 sqft includes an open concept kitchen, dining & living areas. Both bedrooms are equipped with their own fireplace. This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay.

Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one parking spot available which requires registration.

If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.



As this is a pet friendly condo, please let us know if any pets will be joining you as they have to be approved. We allow up to a maximum of 2 pets per unit for a fee. 1 pet fee will automatically be added to the stay provided you selected a pet under guests. Additional pets that are joining BookCanmore will have to request additional payment which is not included in the initial reservation quote. Please let us know if any pets will be joining you as they must be approved. If no pet fee is selected but we find evidence of a pet guests will be charged the amount owed.



Please note this condo is located in a hotel resort, but is privately managed so all needs will be fulfilled by your local host Book Canmore via your booking platform.

Yes, disappointing that there was no one at the front desk all afternoon. I know things happen but the hot tub being down was a drag. Also unclear if we were supposed to pay for parking overnight or not I would assume it was included and there was nothing in the notes saying otherwise. Yet there was a guy ticketing my car this morning as I showed up.

First off, the information and instructions we received prior to arrival were great. The unit we stayed in was spotless and so very well equipped. The location is close to Canmore Centre without being hectic and the noise was negligible. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall the stay was good. Check-in was smooth, the unit was in good shape, it had everything we needed, and it was quiet. We cooked a few meals in the room and had most of what we needed to get the job done and enjoy the meal. We could not find the cutting board initially but did eventually discover it. The can opener did not operate well and we discovered the wine fridge was not working. Nothing to impact the overall quality of the stay though. Communication with the owner was good and they showed they were available if needed.

Great stay! The couches were pretty worn. The arms were really worn out, but the rest of the stay was great. The doorknob in the ensuite bathroom was broken as was the tv in the queen bedroom, but we were in contact with the property management and that was not a problemFor us.

Great location and great view. The balcony was amazing to sit out on, have a drink or family meal. The pool and hot tub was a little difficult to find the first trek down, but once we found it the kiddo had a great time. The condo was clean, but whatever was used to clean the floor left sticky streaks. Not a deal breaker, just the wrong cleaning product.

Star Suite was very nice. We selected Canmore because it was a little less money than Banff and yet still accessible to Banff. We stayed for 8 nights in June. The condo was a great location. Parking was very easy and underground, which is great for bad weather. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were spacious and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry in the condo was very convenient. The balcony had an obstructed view of a mountain but still beautiful. Checking in was very easy and done via email. The only thing that needed updating was the living room furniture. It was a bit worn out. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay again.
