Looking for a vacation condo you can come back to year after year? Look no farther than Gull's Nest. This updated 2 bedroom condo will make your friends and family feel as cozy as a family of nesting chicks when you stay at this delightfully accommodating Cannon Beach condo.


Located in the south end of Cannon Beach, right in the middle of the much loved neighborhood called Tolovana Park, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is only two short blocks to the beach.

As you enter Gull's Nest you will be welcomed by the multitude of windows that let the sunlight in and brighten up the spacious living area. The open concept floor plan allows for everyone to gather together in front of the fireplace or while making a meal in the updated, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. Gather around the kitchen island and enjoy light snacks or a hearty breakfast before going outdoors for exploring and hiking, or just relaxing and reading a book on the beach. The balcony on the main level has a gas grill for making quick meals.

A dining table, with seating for six, is located in front of the fireplace and under the skylight. The muted colors of this large living space make it peaceful and serene. This is the ideal spot for gathering together to enjoy a movie or sporting event on the large flat-screen TV or just have a family game night and catch up on the day's events.

Gull's Nest sleeps up six guests and includes one main level bedroom with a King bed and an upper level bedroom which also has a King bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to a full bathroom.

The little travelers in your group will love the two twin beds tucked into a cozy area on the upper level. A stackable washer and dryer are also on hand, which make short work of muddy hiking gear or wet bathing suits, no need to bring home dirty laundry!

The highlight of Gull's Nest has to be the great ocean views from the lower and upper level. If you listen closely you can hear the waves calling you! A table with a firepit awaits your presence for nighttime smores. There are comfortable chairs for just relaxing and enjoying the salt air with your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Did we mention the complex saltwater swimming pool? Perfect for those afternoons you need a break from the beach, or a quick swim with the kids before dinner.

In addition to being within walking distance of the beach, magnificent Haystack Rock, and Tolovana State Park, you will be able to stroll to Sea Level Bakery, Warren House Pub, Fresh Foods and Surfcrest Market and Pizza.

Great Location

A walk away from the grocery store, the beach, or the pool, this is our go to location when visiting cannon beach. For younger kids that don’t want to do just one thing, these days will be packed with activities.

Had a great holiday weekend!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect, the unit is big and open and clean and a great space for a friends gathering or a family gathering. And they also welcomed my pup which was perfect since we were looking for a place without fireworks for the 4th (we didnt hear one all weekend!) We'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay here

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! My kids loves the little bedroom next to the loft and the beds were comfortable. The ocean view is so calming. It was clean and we got to enjoy the use of the pool also. Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back!

Great Dog Friendly Place

We had a wonderful time. The set up was great, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we loved the dog friendly basket with special towels and treats. The outdoor spigot by the pool with hot and cold water was a god send to rinse the sand of off the dog and our feet, which kept our place nice and tidy.

Perfect Location

Great location! Close to the beach and a beautiful little market nearby. We didn’t realize it was a condo until we arrived. Would have preferred a house. Third floor and all those stairs was challenging with baggage, etc. and a toddler. House got very warm and was hard to sleep at night. Nicely furnished and very functional kitchen.

This place is nice and bright inside with lots of comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with dishware, utensils, etc.. Some of the furniture could use cleaning or replacement and the floors could use a good mopping. There are four short flights of stairs to get to this third level unit. The location was fairly quiet despite being conveniently located near the highway and grocery store.

Spacious and comfortable condo.

Great condo. Perfect for our family of 6 and dogs. The Gulls Nest balcony was the perfect spot to relax in the warm afternoon sun with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was very nice. It is a short walk to the beach and next door to a grocery store. Swimming pool was warm. The welcome gift of coffee was a very nice touch, as that as the one thing I knew I would want first thing the morning after we arrived, but I hadn’t packed. The TV cable didn’t work, however we didn’t try very hard to figure it out or call the management because that wasn't a big deal to us. The kitchen is well stocked but would recommend a bigger sheet pan or two.

Wonderful, highly recommend!

The location was great and the pictures, while accurate, don’t do it justice. The main living area is very comfortable, beautiful, and full of light. I loved the art throughout the house. The beds were very comfortable and my daughter was excited about the kids room. Everything was spotless. I worried at booking that it wouldn’t feel close enough to the ocean, but there are great views from both the upper and lower balconies, you can hear the ocean when the windows are open and it’s an easy 2 block walk to the beach. It’s also next to a high-quality grocery store, which was so convenient. While a condo, it absolutely feels like you’re in a house when your inside. We also appreciated the simple checkout process in comparison to many rentals. The doggie welcome basket and coffee was also so sweet and welcoming! Two things I could see being an issue for some people, though it was not for us, is the internet regularly disconnected. This was the only way to watch TV since there isn’t cable. I know for some people that would be frustrating. I had planned to do some work while there which proved too difficult, but I was glad for the excuse. Management did offer to send a maintenance person, so this may now be fixed. The other potential issue is the stairs. It’s 3 flights up to the front door and then a climb down some rocks to the beach. We didn’t have any problems but this would be too difficult for some.
