Fantastic hotel and staff

Fantastic hotel. Great bar area and restaurant. The room was large and comfortable and in the large annex at the back so was really quiet. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly and the breakfast and evening happy hour were amazing.

Great hotel, perfect location

A super clean and smart Hotel, just by the Westgate in Canterbury. Can’t get a better location. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Great Breakfast options

Head height

Place is fantastic been here before but I have not stayed in a cosy room before nothing was wrong with this room 58 other than me being 6ft plus kept hitting my head due to be in the loft eves of the hotel will have to ask if all the cosy room s are like this as planning to come back again and again through work commitments

We stayed with friends, I requested a down stairs room, unfortunately it was on the road side, therefore traffic noise was a problem early in the morning. The room was very hot. It didn't spoil out stay, the staff were great.

Nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable . Breakfast was nice. Car park get very full and with people that don’t know how to park which loses space. No air-con so middle of the summer rooms will be very hot

Was very disappointed with breakfast on our second day. First one was fine although the veggie bacon wss very overdone. Second day gave up after waiting 45 mins. Tried to just have toast as main didn't tiurn up. However no bread , no yoghurt either. Tables were not cleared , shame to say it but a shambles.. Everthing else about the stay was very good.

Really nice room - was concerned that the hotel is on the main road but the rooms are around the back ina separate and modernised block. Beds good, plumbing excellent and breakfast quick and good. All the staff cheerful and pleasant. Nothing not to like
