Hôtel avec décor historique près des points d’intérêts mais si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur la rue très bruyant. Commodités de base pour un hôtel quand même de luxe.

not a great experience
Publié le 6 déc. 2021 sur HotelsOur stay at the Falstaff Hotel was not a fantastic experience. I dont know really know if the place is a cocktail bar & restaurant that offers room, or a real Hotel.
as a hotel resident we were asked to book in advance table for diner or even a seat to enjoy the bar. when coming back after dinner outside at 21h30 on a staurday night we had th eunpleasant surprise not to be able to take the drink at the bar .
Another poor experience is that the room 27 (on the ground level) has its window very close to the back door of the Restaurant giving on the outdoor terrace where people go out to smoke. at 1h30 in the night I had to get off my bed go to the reception to ask them to move the noisy clients aways from our window step (which they did immediately). So go there to enjoy the Bar and the restaurant may be, but not for a nice peacful stay in a hotel.

Pour:
*Enregistrement rapide et courtois
*Excellent déjeuner
*Commodités communes (bar/salle à déjeuner/lounge) de haute qualité
*Localisation pratique, près de tous les attraits
Contre:
*Chambre au niveau de la rue, donc très bruyant
*Pas d'air climatisé, et la fenêtre ouvrait seulement de quelques pouces parce que nous étions au niveau de la rue
*Wi-fi non fonctionnel dans la chambre
*Stationnement non-disponible à l'arrivée, nous avons dû payer pour du stationnement qui devait être gratuit
*Poussière sur les tables de chevet, tapis taché, draps de couleur douteuse (jaunis?)
*Toilette fonctionne difficilement
*Drain de la douche bouché, ma conjointe s'est blessée au genou en sortant à cause de l'eau savonneuse accumulée dans la baignoire
Note globale: 4/10
Nous ne retournerions pas à cet hôtel.

Chambre dans la dépendance sous les combles, grande , confortable, très joliment décorée.
parking privé gardé, petit déjeuner complet
2 seuls bémols, pas de rideau occultant aux fenêtres de toit et bruits des canalisations d'eau quand les occupants des autres chambres prennent leur douche.
