Spacious three-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a small building, about 150/200 meters from the sea. It features three double bedrooms (one with a balcony), a large bathroom with window and shower, a living room with kitchenette, and a balcony with views of the sea and the mouth of the Livenza River. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, and a parking space (included in the price).
