Everything you need to enjoy Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral Beach is provided! Plenty of beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, and surf board are provided for your use. Beach cart is also available …. And plenty of full propane tanks for grilling and enjoying the evening fire pit area!! One of a kind vacation property that gives your large group the space they need when they need privacy and an outdoor area and game room to play and enjoy fun times together. This is the only 6000 sq ft vacation triplex home in the entire Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area that boasts 7 bedrooms and 7 baths and comfortably and privately sleeps 22 guests in 7 bedrooms, and can accommodate an additional 8 guests using additional 3 queen sofa sleepers and 3 twin sleeper ottomans. Each of the three living rooms have one of the sofa sleepers and one ottoman twin sleeper pullouts in the living rooms. Three separate private living quarters with complete kitchens, balconies, and separate main entrances are joined together by an internal staircase that leads to the abundant outdoor spaces. There are two living areas apartments upstairs, and one is on the ground floor. There are two separate large yards that are fully fenced for ultimate privacy.

Home boasts tile flooring throughout, 7 bedrooms, three kitchens and 7 bathrooms. 6 bathrooms are located inside the house and one is located adjacent to pool/sauna area and has an outdoor shower. Large private cedar sauna/steam room measures 7 ft x 5 feet and provides the ultimate in muscle relaxation. Home is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all kitchens have been newly remodeled. e in cooling comfort. Home was chosen for its very close location to the beach entrance, as well as the fact it is located on a very low traffic residential street and is situated East of heavily traveled A1A. Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking or driving the golf carts a short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door!

Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Downstairs living suite will have one queen ensuite and an ensuite with two full beds. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and an ottoman that opens to a twin bed.(9 guests downstairs). One upstairs living unit has same layout as downstairs and also accommodates 9 guests. The largest upstairs living area of 2000 square feet boasts a grand master ensuite with two queen beds, and two additional bedrooms ( one with two full beds and the other with a queen) that share a detached bathroom. The living room also provides a queen sleeper sofa and a twin pull out ottoman to accommodate 3 guests. All bedrooms have a closet, a dresser and a flat screen tv. Wifi and Cable TV are included.

Your Beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive when you open the refrigerator and find fresh milk and orange juice! Your welcome basket will include a variety of coffee, cereal and snacks. All linens, bath towels, shampoo, soaps, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your beach clothes, flip flops and toothbrush and RELAX!

Important... Due to tight cleaning schedule for peak periods of months of March, April, June, July and August, Saturday check ins are required. If you are interested in another check in day, please inquire first on the property instead of choosing instant booking. I will respond within 2 hours to confirm check in availability.

With Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona and all of the Orlando attractions only one hour a way, home provides the perfect option for the traveler who wants to experience everything Orlando has to offer, but wants to stay beachside during most of their stay.
Disclosure of ring door cameras... There are three ring cameras used on property. They can be turned off by guests upon arrival if desired. They are located at front of property facing driveway, West side entry door on first floor, and East side game room area facing front vinyl fence area. These are for protection only when house is vacant. To turn off cameras on west side entry to apt 1 door, simply flip light switch to off position from inside apartment door. To flip off east side light, flip interior light switch to off position on wall on east side of air hockey table in game room. Please turn them back on when you vacate the property following your stay.
