This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier.

This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The condo was exactly as described and had many thoughtful touches. Its location within the gated beachfront community was fantastic—truly just steps from the beach walkway—and the area was very quiet and relaxing. Wendi was also very responsive and quick to answer questions and share helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend!

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. I loved waking up every morning and walking across the boardwalk to the beach and watching the sunrise. We walked every night after the sunset finding sea shells, jellyfish, crabs, star fish. Our family came over from Titusville and enjoyed the beach with us.It was a much needed relaxing Christmas vacation.Check out Salty Gator e-bike rentals too. We had an amazing ride on the beach.

This condo is in a great location and it was convenient to do everything we wanted. The condo is equipped with with what you need and the the bedfelt like the one we have at home. We enjoyed walking the beach and got to see a rocket launch. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Private beach. Watch launches from the beach. Condo has everything you need. Cooler for beach, chairs, sand toys. Games and books to read. Host was super nice and easy to contact. If we go back next year we will definitely stay here if it is available.

Beach front

This is a great property on the beach. Ground floor was perfect for us (60) with no stairs. The communication with Wendy was excellent. The property was clean with extras such as a cooler for the beach and plenty of hooks in bathroom/bedroom and a laundry basket. The queen bed was very comfortable and so was the Murphy bed in the living room (my husband snores so was a great addition to the stay). We were a little challenged getting the TV remote working but we finally figured it out. The full kitchen allowed us to just walk in off the beach and eat breakfast/lunch. Great stay and will definitely book this again when we are in the area.

Go For Vacation!

My wife and I had a great time at this property. The size was perfect for the two of us for the week that we were here.The location worked out great as a home base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando, visiting the Space Center, as well as catching multiple night launches in the time we were here The pool and beach access were great and let us enjoy a mix of activities and just plain relaxing.Wendy was a joy to work with throughout the process. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Quiet & spacious

We found the condo as described. It was clean and had many items included to make our stay comfortable. Access directions were easy to follow. We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach. The Cocoa Beach pier, with nearby restaurants and shopping, is about an hour’s walk down the beach.I should note that some of the keypads to access the walkways to and from the beach are getting worn, making it difficult to read the buttons. Otherwise, the complex and grounds we clean and in good working order.

Everything was just as advertised! My wife is super picky and she lives the coziness of the condo with its proximity to the beach. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. We stayed here as a go between before leaving in a cruise and the port access was amazing as well! Great condo, great neighborhood, loved the place and we plan on staying there again!
