Wake up to sparkling views over the tranquil freshwater lake stretching toward the Chesapeake Bay—and end your days with breathtaking sunsets right from your own balcony.
This spacious and beautifully furnished home comfortably accommodates your entire group. The second-floor primary suite offers a king bed, private bath, and its own balcony overlooking the water—your own peaceful escape. Additional sleeping spaces include a queen and king bedroom on the first floor, a fun bunk room with two sets of bunk beds on the second floor, and a charming third-floor tower room with a daybed and panoramic views. Heated tile floors in the upstairs bathrooms add an extra touch of comfort.

The light-filled, open-concept living area creates the perfect space to relax and reconnect. The gourmet kitchen—featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating—makes everything from casual breakfasts to evening cocktails effortless. Take in the coastal breeze from the screened porch with seating for eight, or unwind on the expansive deck with your morning coffee or evening drink. Head up to the third-floor balcony, complete with seating and a tabletop fire pit, where you can truly soak in the views. Inside, enjoy a foosball table and a third-floor lounge with TV, wet bar, and mini fridge—ideal for entertaining. As a guest of "Oyster Republic", you’ll enjoy access to Bay Creek’s exceptional amenities, including two private soft sand beaches, a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and miles of scenic nature trails with a kayak launch. For those seeking even more, optional access to the Bay Creek Life Center (featuring pools, fitness center, and member lounge) is available for an additional fee. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate at the Pro Shop at the time of playing. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit for either choice.
