Beautiful tropical home located in a quiet and serene neighborhood on Cape Coral's Gold Coast. Our home provides the privacy and comfort you are looking for. Beautiful pool with floats and pool heater for the cool days. Pool towels are provided. A completely equipped kitchen and barbeque grill. The back yard is fenced and landscaped with tropical palms giving you the privacy you desire. Comcast GB high speed internet and smart TV's for streaming. Blu-ray player. We visit multiple times per year to make sure our guests have a nice location for their vacation! - Absolutely NO Parties -

Beautiful home! The property was very clean, necessities were provided, and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We were down for the senior men's baseball tournament. The property was in a great location with good access to all fields. The house was great. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and watching football games in our down time .

Amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend Christmas in! Spent most our time on the back patio, as the weather was beautiful! House was super clean, easy to find and the hosts and property manager were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Great place for families!

We loved this home, and it was perfect for our family! The floor plan was open, and the outdoor space was awesome! We have two young kids, and they were totally at home. There was even a toy box in one of the rooms! The neighborhood is very safe, and it was easy to drive to the beach when we wanted. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

Everything about the home is great, pool and lanai made warm afternoons great. My favorite thing was all the light switches throughout the home are labeled! Pure comfort through and through. The location made eating out so convenient. Sanibel Island was an east 30 or so minutes away. We will definately be back.

Absolutely butiful

Only one thing wrong with this VRBO is leaving this home. The check in was great charley the property manager was very nice and great information from him. The home owners are great. They go out of there way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The home was spotless the pool was wonderful.we will be back to use this home and it will be a lot longer then a week next time. I 100% recommend this home!

Great Vacation Home

My husband & I , from Columbus, Ohio, picked up our 3 grandsons that live in Florida. We came down for our granddaughter’s wedding. We all enjoyed our time at this great home. As our 14 year old grandson said, this place has every thing you need They enjoyed the pool and bikes. We did alot of cooking. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with. (Even had spices). Beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this home. We were very pleased.

Great house, would book again!

Really great property. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfy and the house as a whole is very well stocked. Really loved the pool! Lots of pool toys for kids and beach stuff available for the family. It’s a pretty short drive to sanibel or fort myers. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
