The relaxed atmosphere at Villa Renee is perfect for vacationers, who want to get away from everyday stress and who want to enjoy the untouched nature of Florida. Villa Renee is located in a very well maintained neighborhood in SE Cape Coral with a broad water way and access (10 minutes) to the Gulf of Mexico.
This home has been completely updated. This spacious villa has 3 bedrooms : the master bath has two sinks and a walk in shower, the second bath has one sink and a walk in shower. The split floor plan is awesome for vacation with family or friends.The guest bedrooms are far away from the master bedroom, which is ideal for privacy. A large kitchen (stainless steel appliances), a family room (55" flat screen TV), formal living room and dining room are perfect when you like to invite guests.
A heated (solar) pool, as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ invite you to relax and enjoy your fun time.
The cement patio on an extra wide canal is a perfect place for fishing.

Bring a boat - it is only10 minutes to get out to the Gulf!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, home was clean and well equipped. We slept in the queen bedroom and the only concern was that the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off during the night. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach.

Very nice rental

My husband and I stayed at this home for two months. Along with our dog. Patricia, the owner was extremely helpful with any needs that we had. The home is well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool was very warm and appreciated the nice outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

Condition of house

Overall, the house was ok However, upon arrival the house was not clean to my standards. I had to sweep all floors, toilets were all dirty and kitchen floor had cobwebs along baseboards. As a guest, we should not be the ones cleaning as we arrive. The pool filtrator is super loud and you literally need to shut it off because it rumbles through the walls. Owner was easy to communicate with but nothing more than an “I’m sorry” was offered to address these issues.

We ran into a little trouble with the pool being dirty and the filter not working, but we skimmed it ourselves and someone came out and looked at it promptly. We also ran into a noisy neighbor throwing a big party all night, but that could’ve been a one time thing? We have stayed here once before and had no issues.

This property was amazing! Everything about the house was great! From the beds to the showers, stocked kitchen to comfy living room, just great! The outdoor pool and patio, was FABULOUS! Plus the view of the canal! So very peaceful! Patricia was great to work with and made sure everything exceeded our expectations! We will be back again!

Wonderful warm pool on an extra wide canal with lots of boats!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing) to mimic the sand and the ocean. We made use of the very nice and clean grill outside too. We loved our stay here and will return again.

Hose everything but not beautiful ! NO HEATING POOL Homeowner scamming people no heating pool. They have solar heating pool system which mean no sun no heat whoever stay end of December and January. They’re not gonna have heating pool for sure. System is really old and function. Kitchen is dirty, not clean Laundry room, dirty Master bedroom bed, not comfortable House located in in the ghetto don’t recommend people travel with kids AGAIN SCAME NO HEATING POOL

Outside Space Sells the Property

The Linai and outside space sells this property. Very comfortable stay. Only in for a couple of days and then back out. Wish I could have used the outdoor space more.
