We’d like to invite you to share our luxury vacation home in desirable SW Cape Coral with sensational wide-open water and preserve views on the spreader, with Gulf of Mexico access. This is the canal front residence that you've been dreaming about! There is nothing quite like Tropical waterfront living in the screened heated pool and spa, as well as a private dock with a boatlift and Tiki Hut on 80ft of seawall, all situated in a lushly landscaped back yard. Tranquil serenity awaits as your private view allows you to watch the fish jump out of the water and wait for the breathtaking sunsets overlooking the preserve. An approximately half hour boat ride allows you to enjoy the intercoastal waters without any bridges between you and the Gulf. This home is approx. 2,500ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has an open living, dining and kitchen concept layout granting you waterfront views of the pool and canal. **A lot of our guests ask about the electricity policy. Our policy is that we allow $50 credit for every 7 days. Everything over that we charge what the electric company charges. When you check in both you and the property manager will do a meter reading and when you check out you both will do the same. There usually is not a problem unless a guest cranks up the AC, Pool Heater, leaves doors open, lights on, etc. We hope our guests understand, we do not do this charge to make money, it's to prevent the misuse of the electric.
