Family Vacation

This spacious house was perfect for our family of 7. The pool temp was comfortable and the screened in pool area was the perfect space to hang out. We stayed 3 weeks and loved every day there. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars nearby (close enough to walk if you’re up for it). We liked it so much we might be back!

Great House for Family vacation!

We recently stayed at Casa Nueva for Spring Break with our family and it was awesome! The house is kept up very nice and the layout is great with the rooms spread out across the 1st floor. The pool, hot tub and patio had sun all day and we were able to catch fish in the canal. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!!

We really enjoyed our time here! Pool was great, we rented a pontoon boat and were able to explore the canals. There is an owl’s nest on the neighboring property, so that was fun to see/watch. Property management were very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again if we come down in the future.

3 weeks of fun at Casa Nueva in Cape Coral

The home was very nice, clean, roomy and inviting. We had plenty of room for all six of us together or privacy as well. The pool and lanai area was extremely nice and we spent most of our time our there. The tikki hut is a huge plus although it needs more comfortable chairs down there. Every issue/concern that arose and there were not many was handled immediately by the hosts Neil and Keely. Great location for Cape Coral outings.

Perfection

We had a baseball tournament so my family and 2 other families stayed in the home. It was absolutely perfect! Spacious! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook with. Used the grill for grilling steaks by the pool. Sat on the dock and enjoyed the view. Beds were cozy, enough towels for everyone. Home was clean, and very spacious! Enough parking for our vehicles. Truly was so much better than being stuck in a hotel! It was close to everything! Publix, Walmart, food and even the most delicious ice cream shop! Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will be back!

Short Getaway

We had a great time on our 3 night stay. The house was spacious and accommodated six of us well. The kitchen was well stocked which made enjoying meals from the house east. We did find lots of tiny ants on beds and in sinks, we also reached out several times about the Wi-Fi not working and the hot tub remote not working but never got a response.

Cape Coral Vacation Home

Our multi-generational family spent a wonderful week in this home. The home is one floor, and all the showers were walk-in, making this a great rental for groups with seniors. The highlight of this home is the enclosed pool and spa, where we spent most of our time. Plenty of seating for outdoor dining, a clean grill, and a huge swimming pool. The house is on a canal, and the dock offers picture worthy views of the sunset. The kitchen was well appointed with everything a group needs to prepare meals and included a cabinet with spices. There were plenty of cabinets for food storage and countertop space for food prep. Property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with through the app and by text. Check -in and check -out process was simple and overall our stay was wonderful. Two things to note when considering renting this property, based on our experience. First, there was a significant ant problem for the duration of our stay. The ants were in the primary bathroom and in the kitchen. Property manager dropped off some ant killer liquid with instructions on using it; it did help, but didn't entirely address the issue. It was explained that this is common during dry periods when the ants seek moisture. We did our best to manage it, but it really felt like our responsibility to take care of their ant problem during our vacation, which was not pleasant. Also, you have to be so vigilant to not leave any speck of food out, which is not easy with a group. Second, the home is equipped with a safety feature for all doors leading to the pool area. This requires users to press a button before opening the door, and opening/closing the door within 10 seconds before an alarm sounds. This is a great safety feature for groups with children. It is also challenging to make sure not to set off the alarm every time we opened the door, especially when carrying meals from the kitchen or multiple people exiting at one time. It also meant we couldn't have the sliding door open for true indoor/outdoor living when the temps cooled in the evening. Not a complaint, but helpful to know when considering renting this home.

Spacious with great pool and dock

The house is very spacious. Layout of the home was great for access to bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had lots of counter space. Good seating for games and eating. Some of the interior lighting could be brighter (bathrooms, etc). The pool and the dock area were great. We were disappointed that the lighting on the dock wasn't working. Overall this was a great house for a group!
