Whether you're looking for a weekend vacation for two or a long stay for 12 people, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom home is truly the ideal Florida getaway.

You'll love entertaining out of our fully-stocked modern kitchen. No expenses were spared in designing and furnishing the space with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances surrounded by white cabinets and quartz countertops. Best of all, the laughter will flow from the open kitchen and into the dining room and living room so that no one is left out of the fun.
The entire family will gather around the grand dining room table and build the sort of memories you'll cherish for the rest of your life. The living room is equipped with a 4k resolution 70 inch smart TV jammed packed with Fire TV channels. You can also sign in to your own Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu or Prime accounts to stream your favorite shows and movies over our lightning speed WiFi network.
But of course you'll prefer to spend most of your days in the lavish pool area! Just tell Alexa to heat the pool and enjoy year-round swimming any time of the day. Or ask Alexa to turn on the pool lights and luxury spa to wind down in the jetted tub.
Once you're ready to lay down, our king master suite will provide you with all of the privacy you'll want. It features a beautiful modern bathroom with a large closet and plenty of storage space. You'll find that all of our bathrooms are stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
On the other side of the house you'll find bedrooms two and three furnished with cloud-like queen mattresses and located next to a second bathroom with an elegant bathtub. Finally, bedroom four has two bunk beds which will be perfect for all of the children but comfortable enough for any adult. Need more space? Just flip open the queen sleeper sofa so the whole family can come!
Since we know that there's a good chance you're vacationing with the entire family, we went ahead and splurged in the laundry room. There you'll find a brand new large-capacity washer and dryer for all your clothes (and the many pool towels!)
And last but not least, whenever you feel like leaving the poolside fun to explore the surroundings of Cape Coral you'll find yourself conveniently and centrally located to some of the most beautiful Southwest Florida beaches, a water park, mini-golf, go-karts, community parks, nature walks, shops and dozens of dining options.

Getting around Cape Coral is fairly easy! Streets run east-west and avenues north-south.
East-west arterial streets are parkways and north-south arterial avenues are boulevards.
Running east-west from a boulevard, then, is an avenue, then a place, then a court; running north-south from a parkway is a street, a terrace, and a lane.
Streets and avenues are numbered in ascending order from the intersections of parkways and boulevards.

To increase safety and maximize the quality of your experience, please read and follow all of the house rules detailed below:
NOTE: Guests should read and understand all of the house rules, as set forth by the host, as well as all relevant Airbnb guidance and standards for guests. Guests should also note that failure to adhere to the house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit and additional fees, as outlined herein.
-Please park only in the driveway. Keep all vehicles off grass.
-Only the confirmed amount of guests may enter the premises.
-Immediately notify the host if anything is broken or not functioning as it should.
House Rules for During Your Stay:
NOTE: Please pay attention to the following house rules as some violations may incur high fee amounts.
-No unregistered guests allowed. Exceeding the number of confirmed guests will incur a $75 fee per person per day.
-Absolutely no parties or events. If a party or event is held on the premises, guests will be asked to terminate their stay and leave the property immediately. Any forms of parties or events will incur a minimum $250 fee for additional cleaning above and beyond the regular cleaning fee. Any cleaning that involves bodily fluids (i.e. blood, urine etc) will incur a minimum $100 fee.
-Only pet type allowed are dogs. Nightly Pet Fee is $49/night up to two pets. It is the guest's responsibility to immediately curb their dogs. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $50 fee. Additional house rules apply when hosting guests with pets. Please contact host directly for further information.
-No unauthorized pets are allowed on or in the property. Guests will incur a $100 fee per night for each pet brought on to the premises without prior authorization.
-No smoking on the premises. Any signs of smoking on or in the property will incur a $150 smell treatment and clean-up fee per night.
-No illegal substances or activities allowed on the premises.
-Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms. This attracts critters! Damage and stains on any bedding will incur additional fees for replacements.
-Please do your dishes and immediately clean up any spills.
-Treat all furniture as if it were your own. Guests will be responsible for paying for damages to furniture above and beyond the security deposit.
-Do not move or rearrange any indoor or outdoor furniture.
-Do not place hot items directly on the Quartz countertops. Failure to use hot pads (provided) can result in severe damage to the Quartz and may incur a replacement fee.
-If you use the oven or the grill, ensure you return it to the state it was in before you used it. Guests are subject to a $50 cleaning fee for grills left uncleaned. Ensure you close the grill's propane tank valve and thoroughly clean the grates with provided grate scrubber.
-If you use the fire pit, ensure you close the propane tank after each use.
-No washing shoes in the laundry. This will damage the equipment.
-Do not flush baby wipes, facial wipes or feminine products.
-Please note there is a fee to heat the pool/spa: $17/day (Apr-Nov) and $27/day Dec-Mar)
-Turn the pool/spa heater off each night.
-For your safety, please keep out of locked rooms (i.e. staff closets, mechanical room). Do not tamper with pool equipment or sprinkler systems.
-Please respect the noise curfew by adhering to the city mandated quiet hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Checkout Instructions:
-Please respect check-in and check-out times. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes after the designated check-out time.
