Villa Laguana is a stylish, three bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located on a freshwater Canal with great eastern views. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about fifteen minutes to Matlacha, forty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Villa Laguana features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king size bed, one queen size beds and a pyramid style bunk bed featuring a twin sleeping option over a full bed with an extra twin trundle, the open entrance space offers a pool gaming table which is great for entertainment. The Villa can fit up to 7 guests very comfortable with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and views of the pool and canal.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its bar there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the high-top dining and living room which features reclining seats. The formal dining room is an extra option if you like to entertain.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching sports from the integrated outdoor TV area, or just watching amazing sun rises.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking or fishing.
The home offers an extended seawall with extra seating.
