It is located in the SW part of Cape Coral, one of the top-rated places to live in Cape Coral, close to Cape Harbour Marina, with all the restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful luxurious boats in the marina.
The villa has a split floor plan giving you plenty of privacy and space if you are traveling with family and friends. Master bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub and enjoys direct access to the pool/lanai.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home (1 queen and 2 twins) with a second bathroom with direct access to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, etc. everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Outside by the lanai area there is a gas BBQ-grill. Spacious dining area and loungers overlooking the gorgeous pool and Florida green garden.
