This house is lovely, we were so comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in the massive pool, fishing on the dock and visiting nearby beaches. It’s within easy reach of shops and I must recommend a trip to Top Golf for some family fun (we have never played before). Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful property

This is an amazing property. Beautiful, clean, well equipped. My family and grandchildren vacationed here. Loved the covered seating area next to the pool. Was great for a break from the sun or during rain. There was everything you could possibly need. There was a second refrigerator in the laundry room which was perfect for a large family. Great host. Sven did our check in. Very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

This home was just a delight. The pool was great! The home is spacious and well laid out. Our only disappointment was the $292 electric bill. We were told if we did not overuse, we’d probably owe nothing. We kept doors and windows closed, set air at 75-76, never lower. Yet we’re surprised with such a big bill. Overall, loved your home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Excellent all round

This place was perfect. It's a clean, spacious, well equipped house in a great setting. The pool and outside seating made for a very relaxing week, watching the sunrise over the canal with a morning coffee was particularly memorable. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we appreciated the extra supplies (salt, pepper, oil, condiments). So often places have nothing which you then have to go out and buy. Also appreciated the extra touches like hand soap in all the bathrooms. Communication and check-in was seamless, we had a great stay.

Relaxing Stay

House was perfect for our stay with 3 generations of adults ranging from 27 - 90. Perfect for relaxing with pool & dock on canal. Iguana was spotted on dock a few times during our stay. Interesting watching the water in canal rise from Hurricane Helene, covering dock, but house is on incline from canal, and yard stayed dry. Variety of stores just down the road from the house. Both Pascal & Sven were great with communication, and A/C repair was completed same day as issue was reported. Hope to stay again in future!

This home is perfect! Close to everything you could need. Well stocked! The pool is wonderful, they had fishing gear, pool toys, beach stuff and bikes! Everything you could need! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked!

Retirement celebration

Unresponsive condescending, intrusive property managers

Property and owner were great for post IAN corporate stay. Neighborhood is working class; fine for business travel. Property managers were unresponsive on the day of check-in and insisted on early AM in-person check-in and check out did not respect privacy and were not professional. Husband and wife team treated you like you were 'their' employee, not a guest. "Strip beds, do laundry, you are renting not owning my husband will be there at 9 AM". Would definitely rent again from this owner who was great but not unless he hires new property managers.

Wonderful vacation

Our group of 6 was supposed to stay at this house 2 years ago, but needed to cancel due to covid. I am so glad we were able to rebook. The check in process was very easy. The house was wonderful, clean and spacious with a very nice layout. We enjoyed every meal and evening outside under the covered lanai. The pool was fantastic and wonderfully warm for us Canadians. The neighbourhood was very safe and the people very friendly. Shopping was very close and even walkable. Kudos to Eric and his team for their wonderful service. We look forward to returning.

We loved this place! The house was spacious and clean. I loved being on the canal. We got to see an alligator float by from a safe distance. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Peaceful experience

We had a wonderful time! The house is close to everything...stores restaurants, activities. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The pool was perfect...clean, warm, large. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware and cookware, although no garbage disposal. We've already booked again. The owners were very responsive and it was a pleasure to communicate with them...even though they are in France! It was a wonderful vacation.

Lovely house

The house layout was great, but there were only two washcloths and some really old hand towels but the bath towels were great. It would have been a really nice pool to swim in but the weather was too cold. The property management was a real problem. Not calling at appointment time, not fixing lights that wouldn't shut off and a few other things he said he would do and didn't. He started out by telling us he was 'very intelligent' but we certainly didn't see that side of him. But the property was great other than him.

Escape to space

The property itself was very nice. Big home with lots of space and the lanai was huge. Lots of sitting and lounging areas. Only issue was the water in the pool was very cold. I do not think the solar panels did much to heat it up. Had a few minor issues that came up and management was slow to respond. They were not emergencies so it was not a big deal. Overall it was a nice stay.

Water water everywhere

The good : location, convenience, house layout. Spacious. Backyard beautiful. Open concept lagoon beautiful Close to everything we could need.. house well stocked Kitchen and laundry room stocked with extras and supplies. Games. Pools toys. Lots of goodies and extra for the kids. Wish there were some kayaks for lagoon. Fishing poles. Hooks and bait were well stocked. Towels for bath and pool, well stocked and clean Overall house was clean. The bad: dead bugs (cockroaches) scattered around on arrival and live ones found in a few drawers , but I guess it’s Florida … Needed a 3rd bathroom. Was complained about by previous renters. Shower leaked and flooded whole bathroom and 4th bedroom. Soaking luggage and our belongings. Had to contact property manager MULTIPLE times for fix and this was after walk-through when we originally notified them.. Walk through person showed up several hours late, we were stuck waiting.. Had to wait for a plumber 2 days. Normally I would not care, but I was on vacation ! Then had wall ripped out. Pipes fixed. Left Sheetrock all over the bathroom Property manager asked my husband to do the Sheetrock job on our vacation. Instead, We just had an unusable bathroom full of Sheetrock and dust and mold.. my daughter became sick, which we eventually realized was from the mold and we could not use the 4th bedroom . Then they complained that we had an air mattress.. Lol The bedroom literally made her sick! I purposely booked a house with 3 baths. 4 bedrooms Flooded front porch from sprinkler system literally creating a gyser. Had to figure out how to shut it off before whole front of house flooded. Outside hose would not turn on. Finally got it working and it had multiple leaks/ holes. Squirted water EVERYWHERE. So basically not able to wash down outdoor area. So I liked the layout and location. But recommend the issues are fixed before renting again And don’t have too much fun. Neighbors complain about noise from kids playing in the pool Bugs. Mold. Plumbing. Sheetrock

Good and bad

The bad: We were in Cape Coral due to a family emergency. Bugs in the house - they sent someone to spray the next morning and we didn’t “see” any after that. Water on the floor in the bedroom - they sent someone to look at it. Shower leaks so huge puddle after you shower in the bathroom. No hot water the last two days for showers. I didn’t even bother to call the management as I was tired of having people in and out. The good Overall nice house with beautiful pool and view of the canal. Large space. Nice washer/dryer. The owner was VERY nice (messaged me from France). Seemed concerned and caring and wanted to make things right.
