This beautiful vacation home is located in a lovely neighborhood in SW Cape Coral on a Gulf access canal.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this piece of paradise offers a spacious floor plan with 1,818 SF of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 single beds - Twin and Full size bed) and 2 baths, and well-equipped kitchen. The pool area faces west and includes an electrically heated saltwater pool that can be enjoyed on cooler days, too. This beautiful pool area creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, just perfect for a relaxing stay in the Sunshine State.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Our property is pet-friendly. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation. A pet addendum has to be signed.

Baseball Getaway

My wife and I spent two weeks at this home while I was playing in the Roy Hobbs World Series baseball tournament. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The house is very clean and well appointed for comfort. My only comment is to be aware that this property charges for electricity over an allotted $10/ day. We ended up owing an additional $50 for the two weeks.

Nice home in nice neighborhood

This visit was my first time booking through VRBO, so I was hesitant, and the home we booked only had one review so we took a chance. Was very pleased with he cleanliness, the location, the amenities in the home. Everything was in working order. There were a few very minor home fixes that did not impact our stay at all and I reported to the property management company on our checkout. We enjoyed the area so much that we did extend our stay for a few days and would have stayed longer if the home was available. Will revisit the area and would stay at this home again.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The house was quite comfortable. The heated pool was great. My mini dachshunds x2 were allowed and loved it there. We took walks and they hunted lizards. I’d recommend renting this home.

Spacious water front property

This house was great for our family (plus our dog!). Very nice pool and outdoor area with lots of greenery and a great view of the canal. The only downside was the distance to beaches.
