The facility is very clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Having food and beverage service at the pool and beach is a plus. It is located a mile or so from most hotels, close enough to walk but much more quiet.

This was my second time staying at this place, and unfortunately, both times I had the same disappointing experience. The customer service was very poor, and the front desk staff were not helpful at all. It felt like they had no interest in assisting guests or resolving any concerns. We had the best time here short, quick trip of us, college Besties celebrating a birthday! The property was immaculate. Our room was so clean the beach staff were so kind and friendly and helpful setting up our chairs and umbrella. We especially loved Allie at the front desk who was really helpful helping us coordinate our stay.! Thank you you have a wonderful staff. You should be proud.
