Please get acquainted with our newest Southern Maine holiday rental property. Located on Bald Head Cliff Road, North, it is only yards to Cliff House Resort. Literally less than 5 minute walk, our guests can utilize the Resort Restaurants and Spa. Open space floor plan allows for full social activities on upper floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, tea room, TV area, gas fireplace, and powder room. Then full length outside deck just enlarged to nearly double the size as currently shown on web site photos, loungers and chairs all overlooking bold 20 mile ocean views. Newer teak table, teak chairs and umbrellas. Nearly 3000 sq ft of living space and bold ocean view. House fully air conditioning on upper floor with 5 virtually silent mini split systems. Numerous ceiling fans also.
Also on upper floor layout: master bedroom with queen and second bedroom with 2 single beds & one fold out single. And newly renovated master bath.
Lower ground floor has large entry foyer, 3 bedrooms, two queen and one double bed, one full bath, laundry room and double garage.
Sleeps 11 in 5 separate bedrooms. Located on a private dead end lane of about a dozen private homes. Right on the grounds of the Cliff House Resort, Cape Neddick. Get access to most resort features, restaurants, coffee shops, Spa, walking trails etc. Unfortunately the pools are not available to neighborhood residents, nor is there access to the ocean for swimming. No beach on the property. Also no day passes available for pools. The house is located a mere 2 miles to Perkins Cove and 3 miles to Ogunquit. About 5 miles to York Beach and York Harbor. Cape Neddick River beach, very close family beach with popular bridge jump, if you dare.

NOTE: JULY & AUGUST: 5 night minimum booking, shorter stays may be available to “fill in the gaps”, after the 5 nights are booked. Flexible arrival and departure days. High season books early so don’t wait. June & September & holiday weekends 3 night minimum booking. Subject to change!

HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM WINTER RENTAL AT OFF SEASON RATE. JANUARY THRU MARCH

Wow was this a amazing place to stay big beauty inside and out . The interior of the home decor and layout were wonderful living in luxury. Loved the 2 floors/spaces perfect for staying with another couple /friends. The master bedroom area was a suite with a door to close off area 2 bedrooms and a big beautifully appointed bathroom . The master bedroom was awesome it had what i call a “foot of the bed “ view of the ocean and trees ! Loved the living room and dining area lined with windows that had beautiful ocean views and loved the double sided big enough fireplace that even though was gas warmed you and gave you the feel of a real fire . The kitchen big beautiful with the view so well stocked it was perfect. Then you have this Deck that spanned the whole house and furniture to sit out and drink coffee with a view . Ok and can’t leave out the area wow is it beautiful! And sits right next door to the cliff house resort which my husband and i used to stay at before we found this home . You can enjoy the grounds and some amenities there . Theres even more but i highly recommend this beautiful place to stay for yourselves and experience what im talking about The owner/hosts are so detailed and wonderful and truly take pride and care about your stay . Cant wait to stay again

The property was very well maintained, with a great deck with ocean views (and lovely views of the stars and moon at night!). Plenty of parking, and the area is secure and quiet. The main living area is all well connected while still offering places to withdraw when needed. The fireplace is a nice, cozy touch, though the weather was warm for October. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Rooms and baths were clean and well appointed. The five bedrooms meant plenty of space for the 10 of us. Rick was very responsive and easy to work with - highly recommend!

We celebrated our wedding at the Cliff House and loved how close this property is to the resort. We were able to make it our home base for guests not staying at the resort for the celebration. The house is really quite a gem and the description is accurate. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back and celebrate future anniversaries here!!

Struggled to get one tv in the twin bedroom to finally work. The main tv in living area never worked and the tiny little 12 inch monitor tv in the main bedroom never worked. Unfortunately no king bed just queen in main bedroom , as noted in listing. Kitchen well stocked but we never used it really. Mildew odor in lower level but didn’t affect us as we only used top floor. Great location a minute’s walk to Cliff House and couple minute’s drive to Perkins Cove and Main Street. Nice distant view of the Atlantic .

Absolutely perfect! The location, the view, and the house itself were all incredible. We stayed here for a week-long family vacation and it couldn’t have been better. The home had the perfect balance—plenty of space for family dinners together, but also enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some quiet time when needed. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was magical, and the sunsets were simply breathtaking. Truly a memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Nine of us recently stayed in the house, and we found it to be wonderful. The location was great, and the house was very clean. Great for Mini Family Reunion

We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again!

Weekend retreat

The environment was so pleasant that we decided not need to go anywhere. We did travel to the Marginal way and Perkins cove for a wonderful relaxing tour of the small shops and appreciation for the rich history of what was once a small thriving fishing village in conjunction with the breathtaking views experienced along the mile walk along the Marginal way. Sunday morning we ventured to the Cliff Walk Resort for breakfast and a taste of the good life. During the evening after dinner we sat by around the fire pit sharing tales, and joking with one another. I would recommend this to anyone.
