town, ample amounts of cupboard space and a separate bathroom that
comes with a stand-alone shower

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.

Kindly note that smoking and excessive noise are strictly prohibited by the building management. Failure to comply with the building's smoking and noise policies will result in a fine of R3,500 and the deactivation of your apartment access card.
