Éviter absolument les 3 chambres sur rue

Hôtel très agréable, propre , decore avec goût et très bien placé. Très grosse déception en revanche concernant l’isolation phonique des chambres. 3 chambres sont sur l’an rue, qui peut sembler tranquille, mais dès 5h du matin de nombreuses voitures et camions l’empruntent. Les portes fenêtres sont à double vitrage mais elles sont en bois et ne sont absolument pas hermétiques. Elles laissent passer le vent et l’an lumiere ... donc le brut. Nous avons été très déçues d’être dans une vallée entourées de vignes et être réveillées tous les matins par des camions à 5h! L’hotel étant complet il était impossible de changer de chambre.

Bien situé et chambre à la hauteur de nos espéranc

Le personnel est agréable et souriant. La.chambre était accueillante et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Nous recommandons cette établissement.

Excellent hotel!

The hotel was fantastic, really clean and well maintained with nice large rooms and bathrooms. All of the staff were amazing from reception to breakfast and bar teams. The location is fab - short walk to wine tram and all the restaurants in town.

Fabulous one night stay

Bright, airy and beautifully decorated this hotel was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom with a nice big shower and bath. There was a lovely pool to dip into surrounded by loungers. The service from security to all the staff, especially Ennoch from Hussar Grill, looked after us well. The only fly in the ointment was a waiter knocking on our door after we’d retired to ask us to sign a receipt for 2 drinks which we hadn’t had. Then to be given the bill the next day on departure was rather annoying to say the least so the hotel needs to sort that out so that cannot happen again. However we would return.
