bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning.

pool, sea and mountain views, and modern amenities like WiFi, Netflix,
and a tumble dryer. The family-friendly environment includes a lounge
area with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, a dining room with
balcony access, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances like a
fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine
and steam tumble dryer. On-site facilities include a braai area with a
strict no-smoking indoors and no-pets policy.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
