to accommodate up to four guests, making it an ideal retreat for small
families or groups.
Upon entering the property, you'll immediately feel at home, as the
inviting atmosphere created by warm décor and thoughtful furnishings
welcomes you. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, enables easy meal
preparation. The island is paired with bar stools, creating an inviting
space for enjoying delicious family meals together. The property also
features a washing machine for added convenience.
The spacious living area features comfy seating, a flatscreen
television, Wi-Fi access throughout the property, and a cosy ambience,
perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Sliding doors lead to
the patio, which has a courtyard with an outdoor braai. Guests will
also enjoy access to the communal swimming pool and benefit from two
secure parking bays.
The property offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a
comfortable double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate
shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet.
Nestled close to breathtaking beaches and local attractions, this
apartment serves as the perfect home base for an unforgettable stay.
Bloubergstrand is a gorgeous and tranquil seaside suburb of Cape Town,

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
