Grand old Villa with pool in the heart of Capestang town (on the Canal du Midi)

Villa Quinlan, with two separate rental properties is situated in the heart of lively Capestang (on the Canal du Midi) the restaurants, shops, cafes and twice weekly market are all just a few steps away.

This spacious old French property with its 13thc tower (& resident owl) comprises of two houses - the Manoir and, the Vigneron which can rented separately or all together.

The Vigneron - sleeps 8 with accommodation on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the kitchen and a shower room / toilet. The first floor houses the living room and another bedroom predominantly for youngsters. This room has a small ladder leading to an old couve which can hold 2 single mattresses. There is also a cot for a baby. The top floor has the double en-suite bedroom. The top floor has the double en-suite bedroom.
Outside is a large, gated courtyard, whilst to the side is a secluded patio garden with pool (9m x 4.5m and 1.2m deep).
POOL TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!
There is a summer kitchen comprising a small preparation area, a sink with hot water and draining board, and a fridge with ice compartment.
There is also a WC and wash hand basin plus an outdoor hot water shower.
A charcoal barbecue is provided. Fire lighters and some charcoal is provided as a starter but guests should replenish these themselves if required.
The church behind is lit at night and proves a wonderful backdrop to dinner!
The pretty garden has been planted with scented flowers including jasmine. There is also an olive tree and small orange trees.
