Check in and out was great…. Had a real person at the desk… not a kiosk. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean. AC was not noisy. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Food options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better. The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them. also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms. and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so we don't have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The Hot tub should not be advertised if it is not working.
