Downtown Carbondale Duplex with Enclosed Yard, no cleaning fee

Located in downtown Carbondale, in a family friendly neighborhood, this comfortable, bright and light, three bedroom and three bathroom duplex has everything you need. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, living room, tv room, fenced yard, and outdoor seating area. The backyard is great space to relax, grill, and store your bicycles.

It's an easy four block walk to Main Street, hop on a free WeCycle e-bike (station just around the corner), or take a 6-minute walk down the bike path to the downtown core for dining, shopping, yoga, and art studios. Hiking and single track mountain biking trails only a few minutes drive or bike ride away, the paved 42 mile Rio Grand Trail (Glenwood to Aspen) is located one block away, and valley wide RFTA bus station is only a ten minute walk down the bike path.

Smoking is not allowed. Stays longer than 14-days require cleaning service, which is included in your booking fee.

Pet Policy - Up to two dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Pets must be disclosed to us before arrival. The dog/s cannot bark, dig in the yard, and must stay off the furniture. All pet waste must be cleaned up. We are happy to provide food and water bowls.

Extremely clean and prepared with everything you would need for your stay. The owner was especially helpful. The home is bright and cheery as well as welcoming. Beds and linens wonderful plus a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. Location was convenient for walking to the town of Carbondale as well as the grocery store. From the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the property! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Pictures don't do it justice! Our host allowed us to check in early and was very communicative and kind! The location was within a 5 min drive to everything we were doing that week and a 20-25 min drive to scenic outlying areas from Carbondale. We enjoyed the property so much! Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again and again!

The place is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, well-equipped. We had three couples, and having three full bathrooms was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, but in a great location close to the Rio Grande bike trail and downtown. The garden was lovely, with nice seating- felt very secluded and private. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We fixed all our dinners there and had all the pans, etc., we needed.Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again!

This place was awesome!! The host was so friendly and responsive - lives close by and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The place looks just like the photos and everything was clean and well stocked. We loved the side yard for hanging out and our dog enjoyed it too! Close to everything in Carbondale and we could walk to dinner each night. Bike path so close too! Super place and would definitely come again!! Loved it!

Amazing host who really stands behind her property!
