Nestled in the pines in the heart of the Médoc Regional Natural Park, in a quiet and small housing development, 50m from the cycle path that leads to the main tourist spots of the area, 800m from the lake, 3.5km from the ocean, come and recharge your batteries in this modern, air-conditioned, wooden house, sleeps 14. 3 bedrooms with shower rooms are designed for couples, 2 large bedrooms for children. You will enjoy a large kitchen/living room area for your meals with friends or family. You can relax in the heated swimming pool, or prefer to play a game of petanque at the entrance to the grounds.
The house is ideally located to access the lake on foot, or rather by bike to the ocean. Lovers of walking, running, trail running, mountain biking, road biking, will also enjoy this area rich in sports activities. The site of Bombannes, located 3 km away, will be waiting for you to swim, or try your hand at water skiing, sailing, tree climbing, giant slides. You will go to the center of Maubuisson to access the shops and restaurants or test the liveliest beach of the lake. Lovers of surfing, moorey, or simply lazing on the beach, you will go to Carcans Océan, 3km and a half, to enjoy an expanse of beach stretching as far as the eye can see. Lacanau Océan is only 10km by car from the house. You will find a lively nightlife for festive evenings. The Médoc and its great wine châteaux will have unforgettable visits in store for you.

Fantastic, high-quality holiday home with everything you need for a perfect vacation. It features air conditioning in every room, a heated pool, ten bikes in various sizes, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.The house is just a five-minute bike ride from a charming lakeside town with a bakery, supermarket, and several restaurants, making it an ideal location.Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday, and we would happily stay here again!
