Located within minutes of the walled city. Nicely furnished and decorated room. Close to the river and bridge across to the new city. Easy to walk to the lovely shopping areas.

Really lovely hotel in ideal place for visiting the medieval city. 2 minutes walk upto the castle & ramparts. Small but clean rooms & lovely pool area.

Great hotel a 2 minute walk from the medieval city,with a truly spectacular view. Rooms are small but of a high standard. Excellent bathroom and one of the best rainfall showers I've ever had at a hotel.
Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast decent. WiFi is patchy and slow. Adequate for browsing but not good enough to take part in a couple of work meetings.

Great location, 5 minute walk to inside the walls of Carcassone. Nice view from the hotel room overlooking the walls. Good customer service, reception spoke good English, French and Spanish. Room was spacious and clean and updated.
