This is a grand, elegant house with beautifully appointed and capacious rooms. There were several sitting rooms around the house, and lovely, festively-lit outdoor spaces. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub, with robes provided. The eclectic and tasteful decor mixed period fidelity and modern convenience. The high-tech kitchenette unit in our room somehow merged seamlessly with the authentic wooden shutters and antique fixtures. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the walled Cite. We could sit on the window sill, overlooking the garden patio and enjoy clear views of the Cite. Safe and convenient parking was included.The breakfast was free, and it was generous and delicious, served on beautiful china in an elegant dining room. Our hosts, Marianne and Stefan, were gracious, responsive and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The house is charming and the hosts are very friendly and caring. The rooms are decorated with great taste and meticulous attention to detail. Cosy communal areas on both floors and a lovely garden. An absolute gem!
