It was okay. Nice check in. The bar was terrible and some of te staff was very unexperienced. The lobby was quite worn out, and so was the rest of the hotel as well. But it was clean and everything worked well. The room was not as nice as the pictures, but it was okay. We did not like that the wc and bathroom was two different rooms. Then it was s little bit problems when booking their restaurant via the web page. We got the confirmation from anorher restaurant!

A lovely hotel in the heart of medieval Carcassonne with lots of cafes, restaurants and beautiful shops all on the doorstep. Staff on reception, at breakfast and cleaning were all great and attentive. Our suite room was spacious, with a great coffee machine and toiletries. The garden was a nice quiet space to sit and enjoy some sunshine.

This hotel is absolutely perfectly located right in the heart of the mediaeval town. It is charming and friendly and clean. The parking is on the outside of the city walls but the hotel was great for sending a shuttle to look after the suitcases. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons et jusque la tout allait bien sauf que cette fois ci nous avons eu une chambre si sombre que l'on se serait cru dans une grotte, une chambre donnant dans une ruelle avec grille aux fenetres alors que sur le site on nous montre une jolie photo avec un acces à une terrasse, ce que nous avions eu les fois precedentes mais surement pas cette fois ci. D'autre part j'avais bien coché à la réservation "règlement sur place" quelle surprise de constater que la somme a été prélevée sur mon compte des mon arrivée alors que je souhaitais régler avec une autre carte bancaire : un peu cavalier ! Nous ne reviendrons plus !!!
