We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel
There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work.
There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial
I asked several times for information about where I should park as a van was in the allocated space. I was just told to park in the 'huge parking space at the front of the house'. I'm still not sure what this means - there is a small car park for all the properties which was full.
In summary the property was ok location wise for what we needed but was over priced for the standard of accommodation
