This semi-detached cottage has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for six guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and shared use of coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer. There are three bedrooms, a ground-floor double and two twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is shared use of an outdoor swimming pool from beginning of May - end of September, barbecues, furniture, and children's play area, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, there is a shop, and within 2.8, a pub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can visit the Cardigan Island Farm Park, Blue Flag beaches like National Trust beach Mwnt, and the friendly Dyfed Riding Centre. For cyclists, take Route 82. The nearby Preseli Mountains offer hiking, biking, and stunning views, plus an ancient stone monument. Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, Oakwood Theme Park, Blue Lagoon indoor waterpark, Folly Farm Zoo, and Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran are within driving distance.
