- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful south-east-facing 200 m² garden
- A 30m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Carentan-les-Marais, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house, at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.
