The jaccuzzi was hot but the jets did not work. The second night there were no towels available outside. I misunderstood and thought the hotel Was on the ocean/beach as the photos showed lawn chairs next to the ocean. That was the main reason we booked so we could be next to ocean.

It wasn’t clean at all. Floor was dirty. Not sure I had clean sheets. There were bugs and I got bit by a spider. Cleanliness goes a long way!!!

Not at all as described in their advertising. They make it sound like a resort and close to the beach. Neither are true. Beach is a 10 minute drive. The resort is just a pool and hot tub. They are in the middle of renovations as well. Our room faced a banquet hall that had dumpsters being emptied daily at 7:00am. The noise was deafening. Floor was dirty. Walking around barefoot our feet were black. Heating and cooling was awful and noisy. Hot water stayed hot with no cool or cold water. Property is old and dingy. Surrounded by a mall and gas stations. Had to drive to Oceanside, CA to get a good meal, except Ruby’s Diner across the street. Ruby’s was superb. Hotel, not at all.
