We also have Shuffle Board in the back yard :) Newly built roof top lounge and full game room in the garage, which consists of ping pong and a Flat screen smart TV.

You can walk to the beach from our property in about 7 mins.

Other Things to Note:
The gated beach access gate across from the home is not usable for guests. Access to a family-friendly lifeguarded beach is an easy walk north about two blocks. Wagon and boogie boards provided. You'll also find a grassy park with a play structure across the boulevard.
